Field Installation Specialist

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for growing the sales of RTC's world class proprietary products to North American retailers and brand companies that are not serviced by RTC's outside Account Managers. These selling efforts will be achieved primarily over the phone.

Model Maker

Our Model Makers are craftspeople who turn concepts into reality. As a skilled member of the model shop team this position works on small and large POP Display and retail fixture prototype projects and higher volume project.  These prototypes are used by RTC to acquire new retail clients and service existing clients.

As an Account Manager for RTC, you will be accountable for Business Development and achieving maximum market penetration of RTC products and services.  This will include a combination of prospecting for new customers and/or growing sales of existing accounts.  Your customer targets will be established by you and Sales Management based on factors including, but not limited to location, expertise, availability, and contacts.

This role is responsible for a specific purchase portfolio, acquiring market knowledge, and the development and implementation of strategic action plans.  

This position will initiate and execute domestic/offshore buys of products that maximize lowest total cost, meet approved specifications and company quality standards, meet pre-determined inventory targets, and achieve required customer service levels.  

The Buyer will lead negotiations and manage resources in order to realize uninterrupted supply of materials.  This role will also be responsible for deploying best in class tools and processes throughout the purchasing organization.

Associate Production Planner

Experienced planner responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service and on time shipping, realized with minimal inventory levels. Achieve this performance by overseeing the proper application of demand and inventory management techniques utilizing an ERP system. These can include forecasting, safety socks, order points and applying Lean principles to inventory management.  Oversee the reporting and analysis of production and inventory performance results.  Readily available to users for resolving problems related to all production planning and production control issues.

Sr. Global Sourcing Specialist

Assist in developing new suppliers and obtaining information and quotes necessary to support the organization’s requirements for domestic and offshore goods and services.  This involves sourcing, bidding, procurement, supplier management and logistics.

Tax Accountant

This role is responsible for the oversight and compliance of transactional non-income tax returns and filings for multiple jurisdictions, including but not limited to sales, use and property tax. This role will liaison with outside auditors in the preparation and review of work papers supporting external audit requirements.
