The Sr. Global Marketing Director will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing global marketing team. This role will drive integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and generate high-quality sales leads across international markets. Electrical Engineer (LED Lighting Products) contributes to designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

To operate a Forklift or Reach Truck.

Complete general tasks in support of the Maintenance department.

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

Maintain the cleanliness of Production and Warehouse.

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

To inspect production lines to ensure products meet RTC quality standards

This position is responsible for developing and implementing all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and policies across all U.S. locations to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations /policies and company standards. This person, in conjunction with other managers, will establish EHS goals and will then develop action plans to attain these goals. This position will also lead sustainability efforts at our Plant locations.

The Maintenance and Facilities Manager will oversee the administration and coordination of all plant maintenance activities including production support, preventive maintenance, general facilities maintenance, janitorial services, and security at the production/warehouse facilities.

Provide administrative support to the Plant in the area of Production.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage the receipts of incoming materials at RTC. The role involves verifying the accuracy and integrity of shipments upon arrival and entering receipts into the system.
