This exciting position works to protect RTC’s and clients’ best interests during field installations. Most work sites are in North America, however, this position supports client needs on site, monitors installation progress and quality, informs and instructs, as well as performs day to day installation tasks that vary by project. Extensive travel is required. This position reviews delivery expectations, pick and pack accuracy, packaging success and failure, and debris isolation.

Under general supervision, this role will be responsible for maintain a 144,000 sq. ft. office building with two small docks and a prototype shop. Will perform a variety of maintenance duties and support activities to ensure the facility is maintained and operated safely and efficiently.

As a member of the New Product Development Team, this position works on small and large prototypes and higher volume projects.  RTC uses these prototypes to acquire new clients and service existing clients. The role will also be responsible for maintaining various equipment in the department and assisting other teams within the Product Development Department including Wood Shop, Model Shop, CNC team, and Manufacturing Engineering Department.

The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for growing the sales of RTC's world-class Proprietary Products to North American retailers and brand companies. This position will be responsible for direct selling efforts over the phone, through video conferencing, and email.

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, installation, maintenance, and support of the US-based RTC technology infrastructure including servers and storage, local and wide area network, operating systems and application software.  This role also establishes and communicates standards and governance for technology across all RTC global sites.  This position is a hands on role that will require excellent communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

The Applications Development Manager will be responsible for the development team, full stack creation, and support of internal and customer-facing custom web applications and console applications.  The Manager prioritizes and assigns work, solves complex business and technical problems, and drives innovation within the team and application portfolio.  This position is a hands-on role that will require excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

Job Summary:

Furnish accurate and timely estimates to Account Executives to establish a coordinated system of profitable selling prices in tune with industry standards.  Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of items estimated.

This position will contribute to activities of Injection Molding Tooling/Molding: design, construction, launch, and validation.  The Associate Tooling/Molding Engineer will have the opportunity to work with a seasoned team and grow within the role.

The Design Engineer will engineer projects from approved concepts to production assembly.  The role will also assist with optimizing shipping and installation. This role will analyze the product, equipment, performance specifications, and performance requirements. It will solve mechanical challenges and develop design solutions that can be produced using industry-standard manufacturing processes. The Product Engineer contributes to designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical product and system designs. Works directly with engineers to develop new designs and solutions. Independently manages technology efforts of small- to medium-scale cross-departmental projects, occasionally directing them to several aspects of the work.

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

Complete general tasks in support of the Maintenance department.

Provide administrative support to the Plant in the area of Production.

To inspect production lines to ensure products meet RTC quality standards

The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician will be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various plant and office electrical systems, plastic and metal plumbing systems, pneumatic, hydraulic and other mechanical systems.

To operate a Forklift or Reach Truck.

This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

Support the Cycle Counting department and the plant by performing timely and accurate system transactions.

Support the shipping department by performing all required daily shipping transactions.

Support the warehousing department and the plant by performing timely and accurate system transactions.

Maintain the cleanliness of Production and Warehouse.
