This team focuses on expanding the presence of RTC's Proprietary Products with retailers and brand companies across North America. The role includes direct outreach via phone, video, and email to build early-stage relationships and support business growth.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for consistent efforts to develop new business within the US and Canada.
• Pursuing inbound leads from marketing campaigns, current customers for relationship expansion, outbound targets from lists, and self-generated prospects.
• In charge of managing accounts they bring in, providing continued customer service and development.
• Seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, expanding the business opportunities within each account.
• Emphasizing product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms and reports when required.
• Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues-delegating to account services when appropriate.
• Attending periodic sales training where applicable.
• Executing strategy to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Maintaining a pipeline of active sales opportunities and business development efforts within a CRM tool.
• Building and maintaining a thorough knowledge base of RTC’s Ready products and their retail applications.

The Network Engineer is part of a team responsible for the design, configuration, installation, maintenance, and support of the US-based RTC technology infrastructure, including local and wide area networks, servers and storage, operating systems, and application software.  This role also establishes and communicates standards and governance for technology across all RTC global sites.  This position is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

RTC is seeking an Entry-Level Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support the Product, Operations, and Supply Chain team to help improve transparency and predictability of our costs of goods sold (COGS), thus enabling pricing and go-to-market decisions for our current and future product lines. The role requires an individual who can pull data, organize, and analyze to drive decisions.

This is a HANDS-ON position, responsible for all aspects of Internal and External quality. The Quality Engineer will use standard metrology tools (calipers, micrometer, pin gage, force gage, etc.) to inspect parts. The Quality Engineer should be able to make product acceptance decisions considering critical, major, and minor characteristics.

The Sr. Global Marketing Director will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing global marketing team. This role will drive integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and generate high-quality sales leads across international markets. The role also includes ownership of internal marketing and communications initiatives and management of the company’s website to ensure consistent messaging, employee engagement, and alignment with company culture and values. Success in this role requires close collaboration with senior management, as well as alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure marketing efforts support broader strategic priorities and deliver measurable business impact.

Electrical Engineer (LED Lighting Products) contributes to designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical product and system designs. Works directly with engineers to develop new designs and solutions. Independently manages technology efforts of small- to medium-scale cross-departmental projects, occasionally directing them to several aspects of the work.

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

To inspect production lines to ensure products meet RTC quality standards

This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

The Plant Maintenance Manager will oversee the administration and coordination of all plant maintenance activities, including production support, preventive maintenance, general facilities maintenance, janitorial services, and security at the production/warehouse facilities.

Complete general tasks in support of the Maintenance department.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and policies across all U.S. locations to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations /policies and company standards. This person, in conjunction with other managers, will establish EHS goals and will then develop action plans to attain these goals. This position will also lead sustainability efforts at our Plant locations.

Maintain the cleanliness of Production and Warehouse.

Provide administrative support to the Plant in the area of Production.

RTC is searching for an National Account Manager who will join our thriving Ready Beverage business. The position is initially focused on sales opportunities with existing retail and brand clients. This includes national brands, bottlers, distributors, and retailers.
