Field Installations Specialist

Model Maker

Our Model Makers are craftspeople who turn concepts into reality. As a skilled member of the model shop team this position works on small and large POP Display and retail fixture prototype projects and higher volume project.  These prototypes are used by RTC to acquire new retail clients and service existing clients.

Business Systems Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and technical solutions within Infor LN ERP to meet new business requirements and challenges.  The position maintains strong knowledge of business processes and Infor LN ERP and develops functional and technical requirements to ensure IT systems deliver the expected value to the business.  This position is a hands-on role that will require excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

Warehouse Associate

Full-time  position on 1st shift, offering base pay, annual bonus and competitive benefits package.  Provide shipping and receiving support.  This role is primarily involved in outgoing shipments and will also be cross trained to handle receiving.  As a member of the Building Services team, will focus on the safe and efficient receipt and deliver of both raw material and finished goods, process compliance, inventory control and recordkeeping.

Building Maintenance

Under general supervision of our Maintenance Team, you will perform a variety of maintenance duties and support activities to assure the facility is maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner.

Assistant ME

The main purpose of this position is preparation of work to be accomplished by reviewing projects with the ME/Model Maker studying assembly instructions, engineering drawings and parts lists, gathering parts and hardware, movement, and packaging of parts on pallets, crates and in boxes, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

 

 

Associate Buyer

This role is responsible for a specific purchase portfolio, acquiring market knowledge, and the development and implementation of strategic action plans.  

This position will work collaboratively with their team to initiate and execute domestic/offshore buys of products that maximize lowest total cost, meet approved specifications and company quality standards, meet pre-determined inventory targets, and achieve required customer service levels.  


The Associate Buyer will help lead negotiations and manage resources in order to realize uninterrupted supply of materials.  This role will also be responsible for deploying best in class tools and processes throughout the purchasing organization.

Network Engineer

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, installation, maintenance and support of the US-based RTC technology infrastructure including servers and storage, local and wide area network, operating systems and application software.  This role also establishes and communicates standards and governance for technology across all RTC global sites.  This position is a hands on role that will require excellent communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

Entry Level Manufacturing Project Manager

The Entry Level Manufacturing Project Manager (PM), will plan, and manage simultaneous production orders for multiple proprietary pusher, security and beverage products for the US, Latin America, and Europe.  The Ready PM will be part of the RTC Ready Team.  The PM will work closely with Procurement, Planning, and Production to develop the overall project plan.  This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the project.  The PM will have daily interaction with our Romeoville production facility both remotely and on-site.  Interaction with 3rd party production vendors will occasionally be required.

The benefits and compensation analyst will manage benefit and compensation programs for RTC as well as HR Generalist responsibilities supporting varied business units. This role will also be tasked with developing appropriate workforce analytics to help inform the decisions of leadership with regard to benefit enrollment and utilization, costs, compensation structure, demographics, etc. While delivering daily results, this role is continuously challenging existing benefit offerings, and compensation practices, and recommending improvements. Must ensure compliance to all global, state, and federal employment and taxation regulations.

The Invoicing Accounting Coordinator is responsible for duties associated with the billing function, insuring client invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The Associate Tooling Engineer role will help manage activities of Injection Molding Tooling, including design, construction, launch, and validation of molded projects.

Customer Service Representative Manufacturing/Logistics

The customer service representative supports all our programs by maintaining the internal systems that are required for production, shipping, and invoicing of the product.  Inside contact for all customer inquiries regarding inventory, shipping, and distribution information.
