The Infrastructure Engineer is accountable for the day to day support responsibilities and project work for RTC US based sites, including the main data center. The US team will be collaborating and assisting in the standards and governance across all RTC global sites. This position will require excellent communication skills and superior customer service focus. This position is a hands on role and will require hands on support for trouble tickets items.
Experienced planner responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service and on time shipping, realized with minimal inventory levels. Achieve this performance by overseeing the proper application of demand and inventory management techniques utilizing an ERP system. These can include forecasting, safety socks, order points and applying Lean principles to inventory management. Oversee the reporting and analysis of production and inventory performance results. Readily available to users for resolving problems related to all production planning and production control issues.

As a skilled member of the model shop team this position works on small and large pop display and retail fixture prototype projects and higher volume project. The Product Manager-Beverage will define the market opportunity for the RTC product category covered, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Utilize research, intuition, market experience and innovation to identify and prioritize strategic and tactical imperatives. Serve as the chief advocate for the product category and maximize RTC’s market share and profitability. Define new product requirements and shepherd the development process. Work with technically oriented people and departments to create cutting edge products and product line. Create sales proposition and marketing materials to inform and equip account managers for success.
This position works to protect RTC’s and clients’ best interests during field installations in North America. The position supports client needs on site, monitors installation progress and quality, informs and instructs, as well as performs day to day installation tasks that vary by project. Extensive travel is required. This position reviews delivery expectations, pick and pack accuracy, packaging success and failure, and debris isolation.
Provide on-going technical assistance for all US associates (250+ associates), including working with outside offices on technical issues and establishing worksite infrastructure.
