Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to work directly for our client's Senior Manager of Store Development & Design, in their effort to open new and remodeled stores. Spending most of the day in the clients office, typical responsibilities will relate to inventory control and logistical support; organizing and maintaining design, engineering and space plan assets for assigned programs, and accounting /finance support for assigned projects.  The job description should be considered “flexible” and includes anything else that the Senior Manager of Store Development & Design assigns.

You will be responsible for business generation of Retailers and/or CPG’s. Scope

The selected candidate will be responsible for a specific purchase portfolio, acquiring market knowledge, and the development and implementation of strategic action plans. 

 

This position will initiate and execute domestic/offshore buys of products that maximize lowest total cost, meet approved specifications and company quality standards, meet pre-determined inventory targets, and achieve required customer service levels. 

 

The Procurement Specialist will lead negotiations and manage resources in order to realize uninterrupted supply of materials.  This role will also be responsible for deploying best in class tools and processes throughout the purchasing organization. 

 

 

 

 

Sustainability & Social Responsibility Champion

This position will work cross functionally with all global locations to identify, quantify, implement, and report on Corporate Social Responsibility projects.  These projects will include looking both internally at RTC and within our supply chain for Sustainability projects and opportunities to employ minorities, utilize small business suppliers, promote social inclusion, employ disabled persons, and source from fair trade suppliers.

 

 

 

Estimator

Furnish accurate and timely estimates to Account Executives to establish a coordinated system of profitable selling prices in tune with industry standards.   Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of items estimated.

IT Support Specialist

Provide on-going technical assistance for all US associates (250+ associates), including working with outside offices on technical issues and establishing worksite infrastructure.  Work with international offices on set-up of new users and project work.  Implement IT infrastructure for RTC, including setting up servers, backup procedures and administration of LAN.

Entry Level Manufacturing Project Manager

The Entry Level Manufacturing Project Manager will participate in the development stage and manage the manufacturing and deployment phases of Point of Purchase displays and fixture programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and per quality expectations by employing knowledge of manufacturing processes. Director- Global Marketing

The Global Marketing Director is responsible for developing, driving and executing marketing initiatives at RTC.  Responsibilities include maintaining and growing RTC’s brand presence, marketing communications, managing outside agencies, new product campaigns, strategic planning and budget management.  Will work closely with RTC global leaders to develop effective marketing campaigns that are based on client and consumer insight and in alignment with overall sales and business development strategies. Will support the marketing efforts of North America and our global regions, in coordination with the sales teams in those regions.  Reviews and develops a variety of materials relating to marketing strategy, marketing communication, market research, and new product launches.
