JOB SUMMARY:

This role is ideal for an individual expert on system use and the communication involved in sharing, entering, and verifying data for the purpose of managing production schedules. Ensure accuracy of system information related to part numbers, item data fields, bills of material, routings, and shop orders.  Attend project kick-off meetings, project plant production meetings, and interface with cross-functional areas throughout the organization.  Will be involved in the plant production schedule to support client's business needs. Will spend time on the shop floor with plant associates, troubleshooting details that impact production, updating the status of orders, and expediting materials. Active participant in the plant production schedules to support client business needs.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for performing pricing analysis and recommendations for a global, blue chip consumer electronics company for the business in Asia and Latin America, supporting Create RFP/RFI submissions, and delivering financial analysis that directly informs pricing, margin, and investment decisions across the business.

The position partners closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Product, and Regional Finance teams to ensure analyses are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business objectives. This role provides meaningful exposure to senior leadership and plays a key part in pricing decisions and margin management across major customer programs.

Job Summary:

Lead the development, marketing, and go-to-market execution of RTC's proprietary product offerings, with an emphasis on the assigned product lines. Translate shopper, brand, and retailer insights into product roadmaps and development plans, partner with sales and marketing to bring products to market and provide hands-on program and project management support across RTC's display, sample, and trade show activities.

Participate in managing the manufacturing and deployment phases of Point of Purchase displays and fixture programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and per quality expectations by employing knowledge of manufacturing processes. The Invoicing Accounting Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely customer invoicing while meeting customer-specific billing requirements. This role works closely with internal departments to resolve billing issues, track orders, and ensure proper supporting documentation.

The Intellectual Property Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration of the Company's intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and related legal documentation. Working closely with inventors, business leaders, and outside intellectual property counsel, this position coordinates patent and trademark filings, renewals, correspondence, document execution, and recordkeeping activities. This role serves as the primary administrative liaison between the Company and outside legal counsel to ensure intellectual property matters are handled accurately, timely, and efficiently.

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

To operate a Forklift or Reach Truck.

The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician will be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various plant and office electrical systems, plastic and metal plumbing systems, pneumatic, hydraulic and other mechanical systems.

This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the distribution of plant resources and activities required to facilitate the daily production and logistical management requirements of a given customer's program. Along with monitoring the ongoing production/logistics resource requirements of customer programs to determine if/when additional support is needed.

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

To unload, load and sort containers.

This role will support the shipping department by performing all required daily shipping transactions.

Quality Assurance Inspector

This role will provide administrative support to the Plant in the production area.

The Director of Transportation & Warehousing is responsible for leading RTC's global logistics strategy and operations across transportation, warehousing, distribution, importation, customs and trade compliance, and material flow. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods across domestic and international supply chains, including product shipped into and out of RTC's U.S. distribution centers. The Director is accountable for transportation, warehousing, and distribution performance; reducing total landed cost; ensuring regulatory compliance; improving service and inventory performance; and building scalable logistics capabilities to support company growth.

Reporting to the Director, the Manager of Warehouse Operations leads RTC’s warehousing, receiving, shipping, and related logistics activities, including direct oversight of the Warehouse, Receiving, and Shipping Managers.

This role uses logistics data to improve cost, service, and operational performance while partnering with Procurement, Operations, Production, Finance, Customer Service, and Quality to align material flow with customer and manufacturing requirements.

The manager drives continuous improvement through analytics, process optimization, and operational execution, including logistics dashboards, transportation efficiency tracking, freight and landed cost analysis, global import support, and service and cost improvement initiatives.

Maintain the cleanliness of Production and Warehouse.

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for the overall quality of RTC products, ensuring business objectives are met by overseeing quality inspection activities and mitigating risk across in-process and finished goods.  This role drives the implementation and continuous improvement of inspection protocols to ensure product conformity, proactively identifies risks, resolves non-conformities, and supports on-time, right-first-time delivery.  Through direct leadership of the Quality Control Supervisor and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, and Project Management, the QC Manager plays a key role in protecting customer satisfaction, brand integrity, and operational excellence.

The Machine Set-Up and Operator ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.

Complete general tasks in support of the Maintenance department.

The Assistant Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective utilization of the workforce in the assigned production area. This will include utilizing all available resources to produce the necessary products at the lowest cost to the company, while effectively prioritizing and managing time/resources to achieve maximum productivity and accuracy. In this position, you will supervise, train, and monitor department personnel.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage the receipts of incoming materials at RTC. The role involves verifying the accuracy and integrity of shipments upon arrival and entering receipts into the system.
