JOB SUMMARY:

This role is ideal for an individual expert on system use and the communication involved in sharing, entering, and verifying data for the purpose of managing production schedules. Ensure accuracy of system information related to part numbers, item data fields, bills of material, routings, and shop orders.  Attend project kick-off meetings, project plant production meetings, and interface with cross-functional areas throughout the organization.  Will be involved in the plant production schedule to support client's business needs. Will spend time on the shop floor with plant associates, troubleshooting details that impact production, updating the status of orders, and expediting materials. Several corporate/global level business planning and analysis responsibilities, including in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; cash flow planning and ad hoc analysis and presentations. This position partners closely with US Sales and Operations, Sr. Leadership, and Regional Financial Managers to ensure financial integrity, actionable reporting, and data-driven insights that support revenue growth and margin improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the distribution of plant resources and activities required to facilitate the daily production and logistical management requirements of a given customer's program. Along with monitoring the ongoing production/logistics resource requirements of customer programs to determine if/when additional support is needed. This will all be in conjunction with the Production team to plan production/logistics activities of the requirements to avoid overload.

The Machine Set-Up and Operator ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.

Forklift Operator/Order Check

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

Quality Manager

The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall quality of RTC products, ensuring business objectives are met by overseeing quality inspection activities and mitigating risk across in-process and finished goods.  This role drives the implementation and continuous improvement of inspection protocols to ensure product conformity, proactively identifies risks, resolves non-conformities, and supports on-time, right-first-time delivery.  Through direct leadership of the Quality Control Supervisor and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, and Project Management, the QC Manager plays a key role in protecting customer satisfaction, brand integrity, and operational excellence.
