Installation Specialist

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative primary responsibilities include the support of the Account Manager in their effort to maintain the health of the client relationship.  The role supports the Account Manager in maintaining all relevant details of the assigned programs.  Typical responsibilities relate to inventory control and logistical support; organize and maintain design, engineering and space plan assets for assigned programs, and accounting /finance support for assigned projects.

Sr. Industrial Designer

This is an opportunity to join an experienced and accomplished retail Design team, reporting to the Global Creative Director based at RTC’s head office in Chicago. Working in close collaboration with clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and presenting new design proposals.  

Your work will vary from addressing new client needs, building upon existing programs, and guiding end-users to implement your designs. VP- Sales & Marketing/ Business Unit Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced executive to lead our successful business that develops, markets and sells our shelving productivity systems, which we call RTC Ready. We work with Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Whole Foods, Albertson’s, Kroger and many of the largest retailers outside of the US. This business unit also supports our work with the beverage trade, including Coca Cola, Pepsi, Red Bull and numerous other brands. This role is a hands-on sales and marketing executive to mentor and manage a team of 30 professionals. Sales leadership is critical to the role.

Shipping/ Receiving Clerk

Provide shipping and receiving support in an office setting.  This role is primarily involved in outgoing shipments and will also be cross trained to handle receiving.  As a member of the Building Services team, will focus on the safe and efficient receipt and deliver of both raw material and finished goods, process compliance, inventory control and recordkeeping.

The Invoicing Accounting Coordinator is responsible for duties associated with the billing function, insuring client invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Furnish accurate and timely estimates to Account Executives to establish a coordinated system of profitable selling prices in tune with industry standards.  Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of items estimated.

Sr. Account Services Coordinator

This position is responsible for coordinating inventory reports, program reports and submitting reports to clients for all RTC offices. Along with full cycle, beginning to end, of assigned projects, interacting directly with client and internal resources.  The position proactively supports ongoing and existing business in development, production and logistics for RTC products related to global programs.

Infrastructure Engineer

The Infrastructure Engineer is accountable for the day to day support responsibilities and project work for RTC US based sites, including the main data center. The US team will be collaborating and assisting in the standards and governance across all RTC global sites. This position will require excellent communication skills and superior customer service focus. This position is a hands on role and will require hands on support for trouble tickets items.

Product Manager-Beverage

The Product Manager-Beverage will define the market opportunity for the RTC product category covered, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Utilize research, intuition, market experience and innovation to identify and prioritize strategic and tactical imperatives. Serve as the chief advocate for the product category and maximize RTC’s market share and profitability.  Define new product requirements and shepherd the development process. Work with technically oriented people and departments to create cutting edge products and product line. Create sales proposition and marketing materials to inform and equip account managers for success.

Vice President-Information Technology

Summary

This senior level hands-on IT leader will provide both strategic direction and tactical management for RTC’s global Information Technology function. This position requires strong business and operational experience, and a mindset of delivering solutions that enable the business to evolve and create a competitive advantage.  Not only will the VP IT lead the development and implementation of global IT strategy and initiatives, this position will also own the resource planning process to ensure that initiatives are appropriately staffed with the goal being to develop superb internal IT technical capabilities and minimize outside consultants.  This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of transparency, collaboration, and mutual respect to ensure that team momentum is built for the long term.  Finally, this position will demonstrate the ability to work with all functions and levels within RTC.  The VP of IT will work with key users to develop strategies and plans and effectively present those plans to Senior Management for approval.  

RTC is a global organization with physical locations and IT infrastructure around the world. Within the US, there is a staff of 12 IT Associates managing business applications, custom applications and infrastructure.  In addition, there is one Associate in China and one in the UK, for local support needs.   

 

Buyer

The selected candidate will be responsible for a specific purchase portfolio, acquiring market knowledge, and the development and implementation of strategic action plans.  

This position will initiate and execute domestic/offshore buys of products that maximize lowest total cost, meet approved specifications and company quality standards, meet pre-determined inventory targets, and achieve required customer service levels.  

The Buyer will lead negotiations and manage resources in order to realize uninterrupted supply of materials.  This role will also be responsible for deploying best in class tools and processes throughout the purchasing organization.

Our Model Makers are craftspeople who turn concepts into reality. As a skilled member of the model shop team this position focuses on fabricating custom store fixtures and cabinetry.  These prototypes are used by RTC to acquire new retail clients and service existing clients.

Inside Sales Rep

The  Inside Sales Rep is responsible for growing the sales of RTC's world class Proprietary Products to North American retailers and brand companies that are not serviced by RTC's outside Account Managers. These selling efforts will be achieved primarily over the phone.

Building Engineer

Under general supervision, performs a variety of maintenance duties and support activities to assure the facility is maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner.

Model Maker

Our Model Makers are craftspeople who turn concepts into reality. As a skilled member of the model shop team this position works on small and large POP Display and retail fixture prototype projects and higher volume project.  These prototypes are used by RTC to acquire new retail clients and service existing clients.
