Account Services Representative

RTC is looking for an Account Services Representative who will support our clients and team members by managing and being the point of contact for a variety of programs/customers.

Production Planner

Experienced planner responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service and on time shipping, realized with minimal inventory levels. Achieve this performance by overseeing the proper application of demand and inventory management techniques utilizing an ERP system. These can include forecasting, safety socks, order points and applying Lean principles to inventory management.  Oversee the reporting and analysis of production and inventory performance results.  Readily available to users for resolving problems related to all production planning and production control issues.

Installations Specialist

This position works to protect RTC’s and clients’ best interests during field installations in North America. The position supports client needs on site, monitors installation progress and quality, informs and instructs, as well as performs day to day installation tasks that vary by project. Extensive travel is required. This position reviews delivery expectations, pick and pack accuracy, packaging success and failure, and debris isolation.

Infrastructure Engineer

The Infrastructure Engineer is accountable for the day to day support responsibilities and project work for RTC US based sites, including the main data center. The US team will be collaborating and assisting in the standards and governance across all RTC global sites. This position will require excellent communication skills and superior customer service focus. This position is a hands on role and will require hands on support for trouble tickets items.

Associate Project Manager (Graphics)

The Associate Graphics Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budgets and achieving the approved project scope.

Account Manager

You will be responsible for business generation of Retailers and/or CPG’s. As an Account Manager for RTC, you will be accountable for achieving maximum market penetration of RTC products and services.  This will include a combination of prospecting for new customers and/or growing sales of existing accounts.  Your customer targets will be established by you and Sales Management based on factors including, but not limited to location, expertise, availability, and contacts.

Office Clerk (Bi-lingual Spanish)

Provide administrative support to the Plant in the area of Production.

Shipping Coordinator

Support the shipping department by performing all required daily shipping transactions.

Receiving Office Clerk

Entering the receipts of incoming material after ensuring the integrity of incoming shipments arriving at RTC.

Warehouse Coordinator

Support the warehousing department and the plant by performing timely and accurate system transactions.

Cycle Counter

Perform daily inventory and cycle counts

Sr. Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician

The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician will be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various plant and office electrical systems, plastic and metal plumbing systems, pneumatic, hydraulic and other mechanical systems.

Forklift Operator/ Order Check

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

Order Packer/ Labeler

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

Quality Inspector

To inspect production lines to ensure products meet RTC quality standards

Production/ Assembly

This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

Forklift/ Reach Truck Operator

To operate a Forklift or Reach Truck.
