Under general supervision, this role will be responsible for maintain a 144,000 sq. ft. office building with two small docks and a prototype shop. Will perform a variety of maintenance duties and support activities to ensure the facility is maintained and operated safely and efficiently.

The Lighting Product Engineer contributes to designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical product and system designs. Works directly with engineers to develop new designs and solutions. Independently manages technology efforts of small- to medium-scale cross-departmental projects, occasionally directing them to several aspects of the work.

The Infor LN Business Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and technical solutions within Infor LN ERP to meet new business requirements and challenges.  The position maintains strong knowledge of business processes and Infor LN ERP and develops functional and technical requirements to ensure IT systems deliver the expected value to the business.  This position is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and a strong customer focus. Note: This role requires previous knowledge of LN, and you will not be considered qualified if you have not used the software.

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, installation, maintenance, and support of the US-based RTC technology infrastructure including servers and storage, local and wide area network, operating systems and application software.  This role also establishes and communicates standards and governance for technology across all RTC global sites.  This position is a hands on role that will require excellent communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

The Applications Development Manager will be responsible for the development team, full stack creation, and support of internal and customer-facing custom web applications and console applications.  The Manager prioritizes and assigns work, solves complex business and technical problems, and drives innovation within the team and application portfolio.  This position is a hands-on role that will require excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, estimating, procurement, and logistics.  Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

The Invoicing Accounting Coordinator is responsible for duties associated with the billing function, ensuring client invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Furnish accurate and timely estimates to Account Executives to establish a coordinated system of profitable selling prices in tune with industry standards.  Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of items estimated.

The Design Engineer will engineer projects from approved concepts to production assembly.  The role will also assist with optimizing shipping and installation. This role will analyze the product, equipment, performance specifications, and performance requirements. It will solve mechanical challenges and develop design solutions that can be produced using industry-standard manufacturing processes. The Design Engineer will value engineer to optimize production cost and speed to market.

Works directly with Senior Electrical Engineers to assist in developing new designs and solutions. This role must be onsite in our Rolling Meadows office daily. 

This position will work closely with internal teams (including Planograms, Production, and Shipping) and clients to manage our Graphics project rollouts. You will be under tight deadlines to analyze data, enter information into our ERP system, and ensure project completion for our clients.

In this role, you will support the Product, Operations, and Supply Chain team, to help improve transparency and predictability of our costs of goods sold (COGS), thus enabling pricing and go-to-market decisions for our current and future product lines. The role requires an individual who can pull data, organize, and analyze in order to drive decisions.

Provide administrative support within the Rolling Meadows facility and manage corporate travel program.

The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician will be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various plant and office electrical systems, plastic and metal plumbing systems, pneumatic, hydraulic and other mechanical systems.

To inspect production lines to ensure products meet RTC quality standards

This position is responsible for working on the production lines.

Provide administrative support to the Plant in the area of Production.

This role is ideal for an individual expert on system use and the communication involved in sharing, entering and verifying data for the purpose of managing production schedules. Ensure accuracy of system information related to part numbers, item data fields, bills of material, routings and shop orders.  Attend project kick-off meetings, project plant production meetings and interface with cross-functional areas throughout the organization.  Will be involved in the plant production schedule to support client business needs. Will spend time on the shop floor with plant associates, troubleshooting details that impact production, updating status of orders and expediting materials.  Active participant in the plant production schedules to support client business needs.

Support the shipping department by performing all required daily shipping transactions.

Support the warehousing department and the plant by performing timely and accurate system transactions.

Preparing packages and all documents for shipment.

Maintain the cleanliness of Production and Warehouse.

To operate a Forklift or Reach Truck.

Working in the shipping department, reviewing sales orders and all shipping documents. Responsible for operating forklift and pallet jacks.

Complete general tasks in support of the Maintenance department.
