At RTC, we are proud of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and social responsibility through EcoVadis, a trusted global supply chain rating platform. We’ve been a participant since 2018, joining over 130,000 companies worldwide.
People
We strive to support the communities where we live and work as well as our globally diverse workforce. We make sure our associates are respected and valued at work. We provide paid volunteer time off as a workplace benefit and are honored to collaborate with several nonprofit groups across the globe. Our employees are safe and healthy at work thanks to our Health & Safety program.

RTC Mexiko – Kindertag
Unser Mexiko-Team unterstützte den Kindertag mit dem Kinderwohnheim „Internado Guadalupani de Calacoaya“ vor den Toren Mexiko-Stadts.
RTC und unsere Partner unterstützen die Organisation mit Lebensmitteln und anderen Spenden. Betsy, eines der Kinder, wird 18 Jahre alt und absolviert ein Praktikum bei RTC, um Erfahrungen zu sammeln und ihr Studium zu finanzieren. Wir wünschen ihr viel Erfolg!
Planet
We aim to operate within the limits of the planet and mitigate our climate impact. We ensure our business operations conserve natural resources as much as possible through energy efficiency, sustainable packaging, and waste management. We invest in renewable electricity and carbon offsets for our energy consumption. We incorporate post-industrial and post-consumer recycled content in our products and have robust Eco Design principles that can help our customers achieve sustainable targets in the POP industry.
