QA Coordinator
Essential Functions:
- Supports the Assistant Quality Supervisor with all administrative tasks within the department.
- Maintain all Quality Assurance tracking logs. First Article Inspections, Sales Orders & be able to work with computer systems (KACE System/Worktop).
- Process rejected material via NMR dispositions like scrap, rework, return to vendor, etc.
- Maintain data logs and disposition of all material rejects from production lines, warehouses, and receiving areas.
- Initiate and monitor all LN transactions from all warehouses and locations to QA hold. locations and from QA locations to all warehouses.
- Coordinate all material for QA audits and QA special projects.
- Process all inbound labor numbers through the posting of labor shop orders to convert to upper-level part numbers.
- Maintain and organize all QA documentation and files while updating all QA logs and check sheets.
- Maintain a neat and organized QA hold area by following 6S.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

Education, Experience, Skill Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a coordinator/administrative role
Skills/ Requirements:
- Detail and numbers-oriented individual with excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
- A team player with excellent communication.
- Must have proper transportation and be willing to travel between RTC buildings, as necessary.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
