Invoicing Accounting Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Invoicing Accounting Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely customer invoicing while meeting customer-specific billing requirements. This role works closely with internal departments to resolve billing issues, track orders, and ensure proper supporting documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor unbilled orders and follow up to ensure timely invoicing.
- Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and other billing support for accuracy.
- Track shipments and resolve billing or delivery discrepancies.
- Understand customer-specific billing requirements and deadlines.
- Calculate freight, shipping, and other applicable charges.
- Prepare and process invoices using Infor LN and supporting documentation.
- Process and track prepayment and installment orders.
- Review and process customer credits.
- Submit invoices and credits via email, customer portals, and procurement websites.
- Maintain billing documentation for audit purposes.
- Work with Account Services, Sales, Shipping, AR, and Accounting via Zoom, email, or in person to resolve billing issues.
- Manage special projects within the department as needed.
- Has a basic understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and prior AR knowledge to assist with projects as needed.
Associate’s degree preferred

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $42,685-$62,321, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role. Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date. Program rules are subject to change at management’s discretion.
