Job Description


  1. Provide support for Ready product lines and sales strategies.
  2. Assists in recommending and implementing product and/or service solutions through market research.
  3. Manages display presentation formats including multiple product showrooms, sales sample inventory and fulfillment, trade shows and other marketing activities.
  4. Coordinates product testing and supports installation events including field visits.
  5. Support Marketing development including developing, organizing and presenting source content.
  6. Hands-on role to a myriad of sales, marketing and development support activities.
  7.  Other duties as assigned.



  1. BA/BS Preferred.
  2. Chain store retail experience required.
  3. Self starter with strong problem solving skills.
  4. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Ability to work independently.
  6. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  7. Strong computer literacy – Microsoft Office.
  8. Must have reliable transportation.
  9. Occasional local travel required.
